Office Stretches / Trapezius, Levator Scap and Scalenes / Mobile Physio / Randwick

Hi guys,  

Here are a few office stretches, perfect for the office worker and individual with tight neck muscles. Look to hold for 20-30 seconds and perform 2-3 sets.

 

1. Stretch for the upper fibres of the trapezius:
