So what’s this mobile thing all about? And how does it work?

We dig the whole clinic experience, and know that there are some darn good physios that work inside them.

Sometimes, though, a clinic doesn’t suit your lifestyle. That’s where we come in. Ta Da!! We come to you with all the equipment a clinic has (the important stuff that is, we are strong but can’t bring a treadmill with us!). We are open later and longer than standard clinics. We will ask you all of the normal ‘what hurts, where?’ questions and start assessing and treating you immediately. We believe in treating the cause of the problem and that’s why we have longer consultation appointments to make sure you get the best care possible.

We aren’t interested in seeing you a million times. In fact,without seeming rude, we want to see the back of you pretty quickly. Because we want you better, and (we reckon) it makes more business sense to have you treated properly and out there singing our praises, than seeing you a dozen times and not treating the problem.

 

What hours are you open?

We work Monday - Friday 7am to 7pm but we can take clients at 8pm (this incurs an out of hours charge of $25, see charges below).

Saturday and Sunday is by appointment only (Out of hours fee for Sunday is $40)

What is the cost?

The initial consult is $120

Subsequent consults are $95

We have a 10% discount for seniors and students.

What areas do you service?

We predominantly service the Inner West, Eastern Suburbs and some areas of the lower north shore of Sydney. Check out our map on the home page.

Where in the Eastern Suburbs?

We service all areas including: Bondi, Bondi Junction, Coogee, South Coogee, Maroubra, Malabar, Little Bay, Eastgardens,Bronte, Clovelly, Waverley, Randwick, Kensington, Surry Hills, Alexandria, Zetland, Waterloo, Rose Bay, Double Bay, Vaucluse, Edgecliff, Paddington, and Darlinghurst.

Where in the Inner West?

We service multiply areas including: Annandale, Ashfield, Balmain, Drummoyne, Dulwich Hill, Enfield, Enmore, FiveDock, Haberfield, Leichhardt, Lewisham, Lilyfield, Marrickville, Petersham, Rozelle, Stanmore, Summer Hill, Sydenham,Tempe

At the moment we can only get to the inner west at limited times. Sorry!

Do you service the CBD?

** At the moment we are not servicing the CBD due to the traffic problems caused by the light rail. **

Yes we can but as you can imagine traffic and parking can be problematic. We require parking to be set up and extra charges may apply depending on the time of day. We tend to avoid the CBD at rush hour.

What if I don’t live in the Eastern Suburbs?

Give us a call and let us know where you are. We’ll happily come to you if we’re able to.

What Surcharges Apply?

After 8pm on weeknights, after 2pm on Saturday's and all day Sunday our rate is $150 total treatment.

Do you need a doctor’s referral to see a physio?

In the vast majority of cases, you won’t need a referral. Unless you are an injured worker or eligible for the Enhanced Primary Care scheme (see below), in which case you’ll need a referral from your GP.

I am an injured worker*. Can I use your service?

* Workcover, CTP, Comcare, Department of Veterans Affairs, EPC/medicare

Yes, of course! But you must have a Doctor’s referral first.

What is the Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) Scheme?

G.Ps can refer patients suffering from chronic conditions for 5 treatments of physiotherapy per calendar year. You need to see you local doctor to discuss your eligibility. We will require a referral from your GP for you to receive treatment as part of this scheme. We can swipe the medicare card at the appointment with our mobile HICAPS terminal.

How do I pay?

You can pay with cash or with card via our mobile HICAPS machine.

Sorry guys, we don’t take AMEX.

I am in a private health fund. Can I still claim when using Go Go

Yes you can. We have a mobile HICAPS terminal. The funds that currently accept this are: NIB, Australian Unity, Navy Health Defence Health, Health.com.au and GU Health

How much space do you need to set up?

All we need is a little space to set up our state of the art portable bed (about 2m x 2m). We create a clinic experience in your own home, and provide all the other equipment.

I am running late, what should I do?

We understand the daily pressure of time keeping, that’s why we set up this service in the first place. However, please contact us on 0406 766 864 to let us know if you’re struggling to make your appointment on time. We will do our best to keep the appointment time but we don’t like keeping other clients waiting so the session time may shorten.

I have to cancel what should I do?

Call us on 0406 766 864 and we can re-schedule your appointment. We do have a cancellation policy. If you give us 12 hours notice then we will let you off. If you cancel on the day then it's a 50% fee (50% of the consult charge). If you are not in when we arrive or cancel at the appointment time (30 minutes before the appointment or when we are driving to you) then it's the full cost.
